Groom's Story
My name is Antony Pranata. I was born on September 19, 1975 in Magelang, Indonesia. If you don't know Indonesia, it is the largest country in South East Asia. My teacher told me that Indonesia lies between two continents, Asia and Australia, and between two oceans, Pacific Ocean and Indian Ocean.

I have one younger brother. He lives in our hometown, Magelang, with his wife. I grew up mostly with my brother and mother. My parent got divorced since I was in the elementary school.

After living in Magelang for about 18 years, I moved to another city, Yogyakarta, to pursue my B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering. I finished my study in February 2000, almost seven years after I graduated from the high school. It took a while because I had to work during my study.

My adventure traveling around the world began after I graduated from the university. I moved to Stuttgart, Germany to pursue my M.Sc. degree in Information Technology. After that, I had a chance to work for more than 2 years in Bochum, Germany. Although I have lived for more than 4 years in Germany, don't try to speak German with me. Ich spreche nur ein bisschen Deutsch.... :) Yes, I am not so good in language (unlike my wife), that's why it is difficult for me to learn new language.

I had a chance to live in Singapore for a couple of months too. I lived there because my wife (was my girl friend) worked in Singapore. It was a very nice time spending my life in Singapore with her. It was unforgettable memory....
Currently I am working in Vancouver, Canada. Many people say Vancouver is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.... :)
